Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the countries of the European Union. The countries available for your order are shown at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free. The final shipping cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your country. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak seasons.
Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT. There are no extra customs duties to pay on delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at support@kellessia-markt.com. We can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbours and your building’s reception, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns & refunds policy.
