Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision with a clear statement — for example an email to support@kellessia-markt.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to. It’s enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends.
Our 30-day return promise
On top of your legal right, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery.
How to return an item
- Email support@kellessia-markt.com with your order number and the item you’re returning.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with the return address.
- Send the item back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us you’re withdrawing.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of sending the item back. For damaged, defective or wrong items, we cover it.
Refunds
We refund all payments received for the returned items, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we’ve received the item back or you’ve shown proof that you’ve sent it, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used for the order, and you won’t be charged any fees for the refund.
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what’s needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged or defective items — legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is defective or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number and a few photos. We’ll repair or replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you.
